ceramic cake plate set

Over the past year, I have been making use of coordinating ribbon to accent my tabletop pieces, whether it's winding it around the handle of a napkin basket or tying it with a bow around [...]

Nicole Lee Handbag

It would be less than truthful if I told you that I am not extremely particular when it comes to handbags. There are a few elements that I never really cared for, such as the shape of a bowling [...]

I do own pearl jewelry, but I rarely ever wear those pieces. I think it's because they are too classic (if such a thing exists). I'm all for romantic and feminine when it comes to jewelry, but there needs [...]

Who Is the Fat Loss Guru?

If you or someone you know has struggled with wanting to lose weight for various reasons, whether it is due to pregnancy, diabetes, or something else, this is something you might want to learn more about. You probably know so many people who have tried various well-known diet plans, such as Atkins, Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. Even if they achieved moderate success, it is very disheartening when they gain all the weight back in just a short period of time.

Dr. Raj Banerjee (a.k.a. the Fat Loss Guru) has come up with a plan that is not only easy to follow, it is easy to stick with. It is based on a simple concept of eating "the RIGHT foods at the RIGHT time." If you have ever been in the position of having to control your sugar/carb intake then you already know the benefits of eating more than three small meals per day at set times during the day. I personally had to be on a similar diet when I had gestational diabetes during my first pregnancy.

The Fat Loss Guru's website explains why various well-known diets do not work in the long run. For example, a low-carb diet is an extremely strict diet that never ends. Once you have achieved your weight loss goal, you need to continue on with the diet to keep the weight off. If you start eating carbohydrate-rich foods again, the weight will start to return. Another example would be the backfiring of low calorie diets. The Fat Loss Guru explains how the body's metabolism adjusts itself to your calorie intake. The less calories you put in your body, the less calories will be burned by your body. That is the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve.

I encourage you to read more about this weight loss plan because it sounds extremely sensible to me. It promises things that I would personally look for in a diet . . . weight loss that is permanent, an increase in energy from day to day, and that you could possibly lose up to 10 pounds per week.

This one does seem to key into the pitfalls of the other methods, doesn't it? It sounds like it's worth looking into.
