The less calories you put in your body, the less calories will be burned by your body. That is the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve.

I encourage you to read more about this weight loss plan because it sounds extremely sensible to me. It promises things that I would personally look for in a diet . . . weight loss that is permanent, an increase in energy from day to day, and that you could possibly lose up to 10 pounds per week.
